Residential Consultation Only
We set up a consultation (around 1-2 hours) to walk your property and discuss what you are interested in having done. Often, homeowners just need a few questions answered or a small sketch of an area. We offer simple ideas and solutions that you can implement on your own to get you on your way. This option does not include a design. Once the consultation is complete, you pay for the designers time spent on property (charges are based on a per hour rate).
Residential Design
Some projects are more extensive and a design is needed. We begin with the consultation, but then further notes will be taken on site and we develop a professional landscape plan. A 2nd meeting is scheduled to go over the plan along with photos of the suggested plants & materials. Once your landscape design plan is finished, we discuss the next step…installation. We do not have crews, however, based on a great relationship with many qualified landscape professional partners, an install crew is a short call away! Our part is completed at this point and you pay for your landscape plan (charges are based on a per hour rate).
Contractors
We are always looking to expand our network with professional landscape contractors looking for ways they can grow their business. Our goal is to come along side and provide your company with design services that you can use to help showcase your company and ultimately sell great landscapes! We have built relationships with many contractors around the DFW Metroplex and would love to make more connections.
E-Designs
A fast and easy approach to developing a plan for a small area would be the “E-Design” option. No site visit would be scheduled. How does this work?:
Email Sarah a picture of the area.
Sarah will call to discuss specifics.
A photo design will be emailed for approval ($350) - Includes a plant list.
**Extra: An installation sketch can be sent if needed (+$200).
